Shradha Kaul is a Training and Soft skills development professional.

As, the Academic Head of CL Educate (Career Launcher) Shradha took managing and developing content to new heights. As a master trainer,she was overseeing, developing and standardizing content and the training/process at over 175 locations. Developed the complete module personality development program SPEAKEASY.

She is a certified trainer from Career Launcher for their train the trainer program. A stint with Tata Interactive Systems gave Shradha the breakthrough to master technology for training. As a Motivator and Trainer, she specializes in mentoring and coaching individuals, and corporates.

Shradha is an alumna of the Lady Shri Ram College.
